Loaded Bloody Mary eating contest at 3pm. $1,000 first place cash prize! Participants must sign up prior to the contest for a $20 entry fee and will compete against each other on stage to finish one of Smashed on the Rocks award-winning loaded Bloody Marys from top to bottom in the fastest amount of time including sides & beer chaser. Spots are limited! If you are interested please send Smashed on the Rocks a message on Facebook to sign up.
The ceremony will begin at 6:15PM and vessels will line up in the Ahnapee River at 6PM and prepare to follow the Coast Guard who will lead the head boat under a water salute performed by the Algoma Fire Department.
Once all vessels are in formation, Pastor Brian Pursley of Lakeside Community Church will give the blessing for a safe & bountiful season.
Food Trucks & food all day as well as lots of drink specials & more!
