Learn how to:
1) Identify common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges.
2) Identify common signs and symptoms of sustance use challenges.
3) How to interact with a person in crisis and how to connected a person with help.
This class will offer attendees expanded content on trauma, subtance use, and self-care.
