In-state tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Wisconsin residents paid $7,878 to attend the four-year public institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Non-residents paid 99.6 percent more than residents this year, or $15,728. Their price tag was unchanged from $15,728 in 2017-18.

About 91 percent of the school’s undergraduate population are Wisconsin residents. About 7 percent are residents of other states and 2 percent are citizens of other countries.

Data shows 86 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 590 students received grants or scholarships totaling $3.1 million and 577 students took out student loans totaling more than $3.9 million.

Including all undergraduates (8,566), 2,982 students used grants or scholarships totaling $18.3 million, and 3,103 students took out $20.2 million in federal student loans.
