FOIA Request to Brown County Regarding Access to FOIA Logs from January to October 2024.
In a recent development, we at Green Bay Reporter, a media organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, have submitted a request under the Wisconsin Open Records Law, §19.31 et seq., for access to specific public records. The request was sent on October 7th, 2024.
The records in question pertain to a list of FOIA logs that were sent to Brown County from January 1st, 2024 till October 7th, 2024. We have specifically requested information regarding the following fields:
