FOIA Request to Village of Birnamwood Regarding Same Day Registered Voters for 2024 Election on November 7, 2024.

In our continuous efforts to provide comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at Green Bay Reporter have sent a request under the Wisconsin Open Records Law, §19.31 et seq., to the Village of Birnamwood. We are seeking a list of new voter registrations that were registered to vote on November 5, 2024.

As a media organization committed to holding public institutions accountable and providing transparency to the public, access to such public records is essential for us. We believe this information will shed light on the voting patterns and trends in the Village of Birnamwood during the recent election.
