Human Trafficking Presentation at St. Mary Parish, Algoma

  • January is Human Trafficking Prevention Month.  Join St. Mary Parish, Algoma for a Human Trafficking Presentation on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 9:30 – 11:30AM.  Presenter will be Shelby Mitchell of Family Services Sexual Assault Center.

    This free, non-denominational event is sponsored in part by the St. Mary’s Faith Formation program.  Open to parents, grandparents, teachers, coaches, and adults interested in learning more about human trafficking.

    This presentation will include warning signs to watch for in a child or young adult and what we can do.

    Light snacks and refreshments will be served.  A free-will offering to offset costs will be accepted.
