On June 14, 2025, Rep. Wied expressed his gratitude towards the President of the United States in a celebratory tweet. He wrote “Happy Birthday Mr. President! @POTUS Grateful to work alongside a leader who finally puts America First!”

The following day, June 15, 2025, he shared a heartfelt message in honor of Father’s Day. In this post, Wied acknowledged the support and guidance from his own father and extended his wishes to fathers throughout Wisconsin’s 8th District and beyond. He stated “Thank you, Dad, for all your support and guidance! Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads, grandpas, and father figures across Wisconsin’s 8th District and our country.”

Later that same day, Wied attended an event at EL-NA Farms in Kewaunee County called “Breakfast on the Farm.” He noted the importance of such gatherings for community building within his district.
