Cost of college went up for all students at Saint Norbert College

Tuition and fees rose 4.2 percent for 2018-19 at Saint Norbert College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Wisconsin students paid $38,129 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,536 more than the $36,593 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 524 students received grants or scholarships totaling $10.8 million and 336 students took out student loans totaling more than $3.2 million.

Including all undergraduates (2,228), 1,956 students used grants or scholarships totaling $40.3 million, and 1,321 students took out $9.1 million in federal student loans.
