Green Bay, WI — UW-Green Bay has introduced a new certificate program aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience that not only impresses customers but also fosters value, growth, and competitive advantage. Experts from Festival Foods, Kohler, and Prevea Health will share their insights over five sessions. Registration is now open.
Today’s customers seek personal connections with the companies they engage with, making customer experience crucial across all touchpoints—from sales to marketing to product development to billing to customer service.
“Customer service isn’t just about transactions,” said Jess Lambrecht, executive officer of UW-Green Bay Continuing Education and Workforce Training. “It’s about building relationships and leaving a lasting impression. As we prepare for the NFL Draft and the influx of visitors to our community, it’s crucial that we showcase the warmth and hospitality that define us. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive memory, not just for our local residents but also for those visiting from afar. Let’s ensure that each guest leaves feeling welcomed, valued and eager to return.”
UW-Green Bay and its partners aim to transform employee perspectives through this certificate program by focusing on exceptional customer experience. The program is suitable for new or existing employees or entire teams.
The program comprises five interactive modules available online anytime and takes approximately five hours to complete:
- The Customer Experience
- The Culture of Customer Experience
