Multi-Color Corporation (MCC), a leading global label company, has announced the acquisition of Eximpro, a Mexican provider of shrink sleeve label solutions. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
Eximpro, established in 1997, is recognized as Mexico's top producer of shrink sleeve labels. This technology allows full-color labels to conform to container shapes and is widely used in beverage packaging. The acquisition will enhance MCC's existing portfolio and expand its market reach in North America.

Eximpro will continue operations under the new brand name MCC Eximpro with its current leadership team remaining in place.
