MCC has announced significant leadership changes within its Americas Commercial Organization, effective May 15, 2025. These moves are aimed at enhancing the company's customer-focused approach and supporting growth across the region.
Craig Miller, who has held various key positions including Vice President of Sales & Marketing, President of the Americas, and most recently Chief Commercial Officer for the Americas, will transition to a senior advisor role. His three decades of industry experience and customer-centric leadership have been pivotal to MCC's commercial success. "Craig’s customer‑centric leadership and 30 years of industry expertise have made significant contributions to our business," stated MCC in their announcement.
Felix Angst has been appointed as the new Chief Commercial Officer. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Felix brings over two decades of international commercial leadership experience from the packaging and consumer goods sectors. Previously serving as SVP of Sales & Customer Excellence at Huhtamaki, he led initiatives that improved commercial performance significantly. His prior roles include leading key account and sales teams at Amcor and Alcan.
Felix holds MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School and serves on the Board of Directors for the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA). MCC expressed confidence in his ability to drive further growth: "We are confident Felix’s leadership and experience will be a strong asset to MCC as we continue to accelerate our commercial momentum."
