According to the U.S. Department of Education, the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay allocated $2,327,161 in athletically related financial aid in 2024.
UW–Green Bay awarded degrees at Oakhill Correctional Institution—one of few U.S. universities doing so inside prison walls since 1975. Officials say these programs promote second chances while reducing recidivism among graduates.
