Company culture is something that gets talked about regularly around the workplace, but what exactly is it? Organizations with great company cultures are known to retain their talent, attract more talent, and find ways to succeed in their industries all while making the workplace an exciting and interesting place for individuals. Join Jill Dequaine, Regional Campus Director at CLA, as she shares insights into how individuals can interact and influence their company cultures. Let’s talk about how to do that!

ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Jill Dequaine, SHRM-CP
Jill has more than 20 years of experience providing human resource services. As the Regional Campus Director, she oversees the strategy and campus recruiting team members in CLA’s Midwest region, including Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Jill is responsible for establishing strong relationships with leadership and the campus recruiting teams, while offering direction and guidance on interacting with students and promoting CLA’s brand. CLA’s campus recruiters are responsible for finding and engaging with college students to fill internships and full-time positions at CLA. Jill’s background also includes employee relations, training and development, payroll, benefits administration, and policy and procedure development and implementation.
