With NFL training camp just under way, Green Bay Packers fan Ryan Moede is already singing the praises of quarterback Jordan Love.

“Thanks to @jordan3love and the @packers for making Larkin’s first training camp experience amazing! #DreamDrive,” Moede captioned a video on Twitter as Love interacted with a young fan. “This year the kids were able to come back for the Dream Drive celebration and kick off for the Packers training camp.”

This year marks the latest in which the Packers have teamed up with American Family Insurance to have the DreamDrive celebration at training camp. The event brings fans to the team’s training camp, ultimately providing a fun bonding experience for the community, including a bike experience for the kids that everyone looks forward to every year.

For Love, the event was just the latest in which he’s turned heads this offseason, Yahoo.com reported this week. Earlier in camp, he made a couple of plays that coaches raved as being among the best he’s made since becoming MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ understudy after the team took him in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Overall, team officials have rated Love’s camp performance as on the rise and hopefully setting the course for what’s to come.

This season shapes up as a critical time for Love, as team officials work to chart a course for after Rodgers decides to walk away. Love’s showing this preseason could determine if the team views him as an ultimate successor.

Love’s recent camp heroics included a big-play throw to veteran wideout Sammy Watkins, followed by a third-down touchdown spiral to rookie Romeo Doubs to finish off a practice, prompting Andy Herman of Packer Report to tab Love as one of the players of the day.

With Rodgers not having played in a preseason game since 2018, Love figures to have many more opportunities to impress going forward, as the Packers have just one other quarterback (Danny Etling) on their roster.
