The Green Bay Packers have announced the addition of 12 new coaches to their staff this spring as part of the NFL's Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship. Head Coach Matt LaFleur made the announcement on Thursday.

The defense has been joined by Tre' Bell (West Virginia), Siriki Diabate (Connecticut), Michael Hunter (Ohio State), Ahmed Saleh, and Mitchell White (Miami-Ohio). Both Diabate and Hunter participated in the program with the Packers last spring.

Special teams welcomed former NFL safety J.J. Wilcox. The offensive staff saw additions in Jalen Harris (UAB), Jeremiah Kolone (Arizona), Jared Livingston (Colgate), Joe Price (Texas-San Antonio), and Stacy Williams (The Woodlands High School).

Former NFL tight end Sean Manuel will assist the strength and conditioning staff.

The Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship is designed as a vocational tool to increase the number of full-time NFL minority coaches. The program aims to utilize NFL clubs' offseason workout programs and minicamps to provide talented coaches with opportunities to observe, participate, gain experience, and ultimately secure a full-time NFL coaching position.
