The City of Green Bay Clerk's office is preparing to count ballots for the November election. Counting will commence tomorrow morning, in accordance with state law. The team aims to ensure every eligible vote is counted accurately and results are reported promptly until the process concludes. The office emphasizes transparency and accuracy in its counting process, with plans to deliver results to the Brown County Clerk after polls close.
Voters should note that unlike some states, Wisconsin does not permit pre-Election Day processing of ballots. The City of Green Bay will start processing absentee ballots at 7:05 am tomorrow and will provide updates throughout the day. Clerk Jeffreys will share these numbers during three Election Day press conferences and online via the city's website (greenbaywi.gov) and Facebook page. Additionally, a press release will be issued by Clerk Jeffreys announcing when result USB sticks are delivered to the Brown County Clerk.
