Tigerton School District issued the following announcement on June 9.
Our K-2 STEAM summer school students were safety engineers today!
They discussed what makes them safe in a car and each student had the opportunity to design a safe structure for an egg. After designing the structure, students then tested their designs to see if their egg survived the fall.
Out of eight engineers, we had three surviving eggs.
