Join Roots Yoga & Healing for this interactive youth workshop!

You’ll get to explore some of the healing arts, including mindful yoga movement, breathing techniques, meditation, creating a unique journal utilizing therapeutic techniques, and authentic expressions reflecting on the emotions we experience. This workshop will be lead by Tanya Kavicky-Mels of Soul Glue Therapy, special guest artist Debby Ulrich, and Jamie Schmiling of Roots Yoga and Healing.

Designed for ages 10 and up.

Parental consent must be signed prior to class start time.
