MCC announced the appointment of Tatiana Berardinelli as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective June 2, 2025. She is relocating from Basel, Switzerland to Atlanta, Georgia.
Tatiana brings with her a wealth of global experience. She previously served as CHRO at Clariant, leading a global cultural transformation that enhanced employee engagement and talent development. Her prior roles include senior HR leadership positions at PPG Industries, Eastman Chemical, Dow Chemical, and she began her career at Rohm and Haas. Her career has spanned various regions including Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the United States, providing her with a broad international perspective.
Tatiana is an alumna of Universidad del Norte in Colombia and holds a master's degree from Jönköping International Business School in Sweden. She holds Italian, American, and Colombian citizenships.
In her new role, Tatiana will oversee MCC's global human resources strategy and corporate communications, while being a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
