The "Triple Aim Performance: 2023-2024" report highlighted several achievements. Employers participating in Emplify Health by Bellin's Analytics & Outreach Program saw a 75% improvement in key health metrics, such as blood pressure control, diabetes care, and cancer screening rates. Additionally, Emplify Health attained an 88 Net Promoter Score from employer partners, as indicated by the 2024 Bellin Voice of the Employer survey.
