City of Oconto issued the following announcement on July 12.
he City of Oconto is reminding residents and visitors the fishing ramp and causeway will be closed on Friday July 16th until 5:00 p.m. as contractors will be milling off the existing asphalt on Harbor Rd and the boat ramp area.
Oconto Breakwater Park fishing ramp access will also be closed next week starting at 5:00 a.m. Monday morning July 12th and will re-open Thursday morning July 15th. The causeway will remain closed until August 16th.
