The Green Bay Packers are organizing a "Packers Huddle" fan event in Dublin, Ireland, on September 27. The gathering will be held at Sinnotts Bar from 6 to 9:30 p.m. and is open to the public at no cost, with food and drinks available for purchase.

Former Packers running back Ryan Grant will attend as a special guest, meeting fans and posing for photos. Grant played for the Packers from 2007 to 2012, becoming the franchise’s sixth leading rusher and setting a team record for most rushing yards in a playoff game. He was part of the Super Bowl XLV championship team.

Stephen O'Brien, founder of the UK Packers fan club and host of a popular podcast about the team, will serve as emcee. He will lead contests and giveaways during the event, which also includes music from a local DJ and Wisconsin-inspired tailgate foods.

According to the Packers organization, “The event in Dublin is one of several Packers Huddle events in Europe this fall, with later dates set for London and Berlin. The Packers Huddles are part of the team's efforts to build the brand globally in conjunction with the NFL's Global Markets Program, which is part of the NFL's long-term, strategic effort to drive fan growth beyond the U.S. The program awards clubs with marketing rights to countries around the world, allowing them to pursue programming, digital initiatives and other fan engagement opportunities that are consistent with what they can do in their home market.”

For more information or RSVP links for the Dublin event, fans are advised to check updates on official Packers social media channels.

The Green Bay Packers were founded in 1919 and remain unique as a community-owned franchise in American professional sports. More than half a million fans hold shares in the club. Based in Green Bay, Wisconsin—the smallest city represented by an NFL team—the Packers have won 13 league championships including four Super Bowls. Lambeau Field has sold out every game since 1960 and is known for its distinctive gameday atmosphere.

Fans often identify as "Cheeseheads," referencing Wisconsin’s dairy heritage symbolized by foam cheese hats seen at games.
