Aaron Rodgers’s status as a surefire Packers legend continues to add on weight as the 17-year veteran marked another career milestone.
During Green Bay’s 27-17 win over the visiting Pittsburgh Steelers, Rodgers became the first player in Packers franchise history to amass 500 total touchdowns, Packers Wire reported.
Wide receiver Randall Cobb hauled in Rodgers’s 500th touchdown, with another touchdown after putting him at 501.
The feat placed Rodgers sixth all-time in NFL history for passing touchdowns, with 420, sharing the spot with Dan Marino.
Rodgers also tacked on a rushing touchdown on his historic day.
“AARON RODGERS RUSHING TOUCHDOWN OOOO BABY #GoPackGo,” Packers fan Gute tweeted on Oct. 3.
To date, Rodgers has 420 regular season passing touchdowns, 32 regular season rushing touchdowns, 45 playoff passing touchdowns and four playoff rushing touchdowns, Packers Wire reported.
Another touchdown pass would knot Rodgers with Philip Rivers for fifth all-time.
