Join Roots Yoga & Healing for this interactive youth workshop!
You’ll explore yoga poses, helpful breathing techniques, mindful movement, sample a yoga class, and learn about essential oils. Each participant will have the opportunity to create their own diy essential oil roller to take home. For ages 10 and up. Parental consent must be signed prior to class start time.
$20/participant, ages 10 and up with signed parental consent
