Of the 643 people living in Greenleaf in 2020, 42.9 percent (276) were women and 57.1 percent (367) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Green Bay Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 106. In the 65 and over age range, there were nine females and 46 males.
