GREEN BAY – Registration for the 2023 BayCare Clinic Century Bayshore to Lakeshore cycling tour begins Wednesday, February 1.

The ride offers cyclists of all ages and ability levels an enjoyable local biking experience. This is a fun, healthy activity that anyone can benefit from and is suitable for families and individuals searching for a healthy, low-impact outdoor activity they can share across generations.

The century ride will be Saturday, June 3, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will start and end at BayCare Clinic headquarters at 1035 Kepler Drive in the I-43 Business Park on Green Bay’s far east side.

Riders have options of biking 100-, 60-, 30- or 15-mile courses through scenic Brown, Door and Kewaunee counties. Century riders, those going 100 miles, will travel from Green Bay to Lake Michigan and back. Along the way, all riders will enjoy rest stops where they can refuel with delicious snacks and beverages. All riders also will enjoy a picnic-style celebration after their ride.

Entry fees begin at $55 for the 100- and 60-mile rides. The 15- and 30-mile rides are $35. With each paid adult, one rider age 17 and under is free during February and March; after that, all riders 17 and under are $20. Registered riders will receive a short-sleeved tri-blend shirt.

Fees for the 100- and 60-mile routes increase to $75 on April 1 and $85 on June 2. The 15- and 30-mile rides increase to $45 on June 2.

The 2023 commemorative BayCare Clinic Century Bayshore to Lakeshore biking jersey is $75. It is available only during February and March. (If any commemorative jerseys are left after early registration, they’ll be sold on ride day, Saturday, June 3.)

“The century ride is part of our organization's ongoing efforts to advocate bicycling as a healthy activity for the entire family while also striving to make cycling a more accessible activity for everyone and boosting cycling safety,” said Ann Seidl, century ride director and director of marketing and public relations for BayCare Clinic.

Proceeds from the 2022 BayCare Clinic Century Bayshore to Lakeshore ride helped support the following: BRAs of the Bay / Ribbon of Hope, Family & Childcare Resources of NEW, Foundations Health and Wholeness Mental Health Clinic, Hand-n-Hand of Northeastern Wisconsin, Freedom House, Oral Health Partnership, Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin Summer Camp for Burn Injured Youth, Syble Hopp School and numerous scholarships.
