Community members and football fans are being invited to work at the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay. The NFL is offering temporary paid positions as "Teammates" at Lambeau Field and across Titletown, encouraging people to register for employment consideration.

The league is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and dependable for its largest offseason event. Those interested should register by Monday, April 21, at 2025nfldraftteammates.my-trs.com.

"Hired teammates will earn $18 per hour," the NFL stated. The roles require a commitment to at least three shifts, which include various positions such as Draft Experience ambassadors, wayfinders, field goal kick assistants, 40-yard dash crew, and hospitality team members. These teammates will be integral during the 2025 NFL Draft Experience, a fan festival with immersive exhibits, sponsor activations, a Play 60 youth zone, autograph sessions with players and Legends, photo ops with the Vince Lombardi Trophy, and more.

The NFL anticipates these positions will be filled quickly and urges those interested to sign up promptly to avoid missing out on this unique event. "Teammates must be 18 years or older," the league noted, and they will need to complete a one-hour virtual training session. Successful applicants will also receive custom NFL merchandise and a chance to dine in popular Lambeau Field club spaces.
