The Green Bay Packers have announced the schedule for their 2025 Training Camp, presented by Emplify Health by Bellin. This year marks the 80th anniversary of the camp, which started in 1946 under Curly Lambeau. The practices will be held at Ray Nitschke Field, while the Packers Family Night is set to take place at Lambeau Field.
The training camp will begin on Wednesday, July 23, with three consecutive public practices through July 25. On Friday, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will occur at 3 p.m. After a break on Saturday, there will be four more public practices from July 27-28 and July 30-31.
Family Night is scheduled for Saturday, August 2, at Lambeau Field. It will feature a full practice session aimed at preparing the team for the regular season and include various family-friendly activities such as giveaways and fireworks. Tickets are available online through Ticketmaster.
Following Family Night, three public practices are planned from August 5-7 before a home game against the New York Jets on August 9. The team will then travel to Indianapolis for a joint practice on August 14 and a game against the Colts on August 16.
The final open practice sessions will occur on August 19 and during a joint practice with Seattle on August 21 before facing the Seahawks in their last preseason game at home on August 23. This game is designated as the Packers Give Back Game.
Training camp activities also include traditional events like the American Family Insurance DreamDrive bike tradition where children can bring bikes to offer players rides between fields. Additional fan activities and updates will be shared in due course.
Discover Green Bay estimates that training camp events could attract approximately 80,000 visitors from across various regions with an economic impact of around $9 million.
