The 2025 NFL Draft held in Green Bay has exceeded economic impact projections, according to a report released by Experience Greater Green Bay. The event, which took place from April 24-26 around Lambeau Field and the Titletown campus, generated a total economic impact of $72.9 million in Brown County—far surpassing the initial projection of $20 million. Statewide, the economic impact reached nearly $104.8 million, exceeding expectations by over $10 million.

Brad Toll, President and CEO of Discover Green Bay, highlighted the significance of the event for the community: "The event put Green Bay on the international stage for three straight days," he said.

The Local Organizing Committee included team members from the Green Bay Packers, PMI Entertainment Group, and Discover Green Bay. Gabrielle Dow, Packers vice president of marketing and fan engagement, praised the collaborative effort: "We were so proud of the incredible atmosphere created during the NFL Draft in Green Bay."

Survey respondents rated both Green Bay and Lambeau Field highly as host locations. Among those who attended previous drafts, 82% stated this was "the best draft they have attended." Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy noted: "With Packers fans all over the world... we're pleased with the economic impact."

Attendance figures also surpassed expectations with an estimated 362,588 unique attendees according to Sportsimpacts' research. City officials had projected over 312,000 attendees using placr.ai software.

Toll emphasized long-term benefits: "Each and every event we bring into Green Bay exposes our region to new audiences... The long-term benefits of this success will be felt for years to come."

Media exposure also played a significant role in transforming perceptions about Green Bay as a destination. Nick Meisner from Discover Green Bay commented on its impact: "The power of NFL media exposure is real."

Data analytics showed increases in spending during the draft weekend while accommodations reported high occupancy rates with Smith Travel Research (STR) noting record average daily rates.

Additional findings from Sportsimpacts included insights into visitor demographics and preferences such as suggestions for improved crowd flow or expanded food options.

Transportation data indicated that most attendees drove to attend while others flew or arrived via bus/train services.
