The Green Bay Packers have extended the contract of offensive lineman Zach Tom. The announcement was made by General Manager Brian Gutekunst on Tuesday.

Tom, who joined the Packers as a fourth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, has played in 43 games and started 39 of them over his first three seasons. He has been versatile on the offensive line, starting at right tackle, left tackle, and left guard. Last season, he earned first-team All-Pro honors from Pro Football Focus. This recognition came after contributing to the Packers' ranking as No. 2 in sacks allowed and No. 5 in total offense, rushing offense, and yards per play.

Notably, Tom is one of only two NFL offensive linemen who started more than 35 games between 2022-24 without being penalized for holding. Over his starts, he has helped keep sack numbers low with only 59 total sacks allowed across those games.

In his two seasons as a full-time starter (2023-24), Tom played a key role in Green Bay's strong performance in minimizing sacks and maintaining a low sack percentage.
