The Green Bay Packers are set to host their Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, July 25, at 3 p.m. at Lambeau Field. The organization expects several thousand shareholders to attend the event.

This year’s meeting coincides with a Packers Training Camp practice, which is open to the public and scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at Ray Nitschke Field. To accommodate both events, most Lambeau Field parking lots will open at 7 a.m., operating on a first-come, first-served basis for shareholders and fans. A parking map is available on the Packers’ website at https://www.packers.com/community/shareholders.

Shareholders who park on neighborhood streets are reminded to observe posted signs and regulations, as area residents and businesses may also offer parking options.

Accessible parking for guests with special needs will be available in Lambeau Field lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Shuttle carts will begin service at 1 p.m., transporting those with mobility challenges from the lot to stadium gates. Wheelchair assistance inside the stadium is also available, though guests are encouraged to bring their own wheelchairs if needed.

Due to the morning practice session, the Lambeau Field Atrium will remain open all day. Entry for shareholders attending the meeting will be limited to three gates: Miller Lite Gate, American Family Insurance Gate and Oneida Nation Gate. Tickets will be checked upon entry into the concourse area; exit and re-entry for ticketed guests is allowed between 1:30 and 4:30 p.m.

The annual meeting will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Attendees are advised to dress appropriately for the weather and stay hydrated; unopened water bottles may be brought into the seating bowl. In case of thunderstorms or severe weather, proceedings will move indoors with video and audio feeds available throughout concourses and club levels so attendees can continue following along.

Exclusive shareholder merchandise can be purchased at the Packers Pro Shop beginning at 9 a.m., while the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame also opens at that time. Limited Lambeau Field Stadium Tours are available before the meeting; interested guests should buy tickets in advance through https://packershofandtours.com.

Food service begins at 11 a.m. in 1919 Kitchen & Tap, while Johnsonville Tailgate Village serves food and drinks from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., covering fans before and during practice hours. All stadium businesses operate cashless transactions.

Shareholders who need to update contact information can do so at the Shareholder Services desk in the Atrium before or after the meeting.

For those unable to attend in person, an exclusive webcast of the meeting will be accessible online via https://www.packers.com/community/shareholders starting Monday. Shareholders received username and password details in their proxy statement information section; access is supported on most computers and mobile devices.
