The Green Bay Packers have provided financial support to 20 youth football programs throughout Wisconsin this summer through their Packers Youth Football Matching Grant program. Each selected program will receive a $1,000 grant intended for equipment, uniforms, and facility upgrades.

Eligible programs included both flag and tackle football organizations across the state. To qualify for the grant, each group was required to independently raise $1,000 in matching funds.

The recipients of this year’s grants are located in communities including Baraboo, Beaver Dam, Chippewa Falls, Windsor, Elkhorn, Green Bay, Tomahawk, Madison, Melrose, Neenah, Glendale, Oak Creek, Portage, Milwaukee, Somerset, Sparta, Stephenson, Oshkosh and Wittenberg.

The Packers Youth Football Matching Grant initiative is part of the broader Green Bay Packers Give Back effort. This community outreach includes appearances by team members and staff as well as donations and events aimed at supporting local groups. The overall annual charity impact of these initiatives exceeds $13 million.
