Oconto County issued the following announcement on June 4.

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on June 29, 2021.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene at the Abrams Town Hall, 5877 Main Street, Abrams, for Rasmussen Construction/Payne & Dolan, P.O. Box 781, Waukesha, WI  53187, Agent: Matt Matuszak, Northeast Asphalt, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a portable hot mix plant.  Location of the property is in Section 17, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 1498 Yurek Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following Application No. 1 at the Abrams Town Hall, 5877 Main Street, Abrams, for Allan Murphy, 160  Northwood Lane, Sobieski, WI  54171 for a Conditional Use Permit for a home older than 15 years.  Location of the property is in Section 24, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 5042 Shamrock Way.  (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 immediately following Application No. 2 at the Abrams Town Hall for Wood Creek Properties, LLC,  2808 W. Frontier Road, Abrams, WI  54101, Agent:  Steve Bieda for a Conditional Use Permit for storage units.  Location of the property is in Section 34, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, 2808 County Road EE.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO 4 immediately following Application No. 3 at the Abrams Town Hall for Wood Creek Properties, LLC, 2808 W. Frontier Road, Abrams, WI  54101, Agent: Steve Bieda for a Conditional Use Permit for duplexes on lots 2 – 7.  Location of the property is in Section 34, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, County Road EE.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
