City Of Algoma issued the following announcement on Sept. 22

The City of Algoma is currently looking for appraisal services for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) redevelopment project. The project – Redevelopment Area #2 – consists of the parcels listed below (click here for an aerial view). It is a blighted block located adjacent to the downtown district and transitions into residential neighborhoods. The subject properties are listed below by parcel number:

• 31 201 ADE 85.1
• 31 201 ADE 85.2
• 31 201 ADE 75
• 31 201 ADE 76
• 31 201 ADE 77
• 31 201 ADE 79
• 31 201 ADE 80
• 31 201 ADE 81

In all the City is seeking proposals for the following appraisal services:

1. Proposal for full narrative appraisal of the subject properties
2. Proposal to provide appraisal review services of the same properties

We have an optional add-on for the remaining three parcels on the block. Please provide the same requested information for those three parcels (listed below).

• 31 201 ADE 83
• 31 201 ADE 84
