Of the 2,849 people living in Kewaunee in 2020, 54 percent (1,539) were women and 46 percent (1,310) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Green Bay Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 133. In the 65 and over age range, there were 389 females and 395 males.
