Of the 597 people living in Casco in 2020, 51.3 percent (306) were women and 48.7 percent (291) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Green Bay Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 12. In the 65 and over age range, there were 40 females and 27 males.
