Of the 13,853 people living in Allouez in 2020, 46.1 percent (6,392) were women and 53.9 percent (7,461) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Green Bay Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1,267. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,575 females and 1,369 males.
