Green Bay residents are advised to adhere to the guidelines set by the City regarding the collection of bulk household items. According to the City of Green Bay, any excess of two (2) cubic yards of bulk household items placed next to the collection cart will be picked up and charged accordingly.

Residents are reminded that certain items will not be collected, including construction, remodeling, or demolition waste, electronics, appliances, and move-out debris. The City emphasizes that leaving these restricted items at the curb will result in them being picked up and charged accordingly.

In order to dispose of bulk household items that are not eligible for curbside collection, City of Green Bay residents are encouraged to utilize the drop-off sites provided by the City. However, it is important to note that construction, remodeling, demolition waste, household trash, move-out debris, and recycling items are not permitted at these locations. Residents visiting the drop-off sites must be prepared to show their driver’s license or proof of residency in the city.

The designated drop-off sites for bulk household items are located at 1820 Mills Street and 519 S. Oneida Street in Green Bay. The operating hours for these sites are Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the 2nd and 3rd Saturday of each month from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Residents are urged to familiarize themselves with these guidelines and take the necessary steps to ensure proper disposal of bulk household items in compliance with the City regulations.
