The Green Bay Packers announced today that 'Packers Family Night, presented by Bellin Health,' will take place on Saturday evening, Aug. 3. Now in its 23rd year, 'Family Night' will introduce the 2024 Green Bay Packers to a capacity crowd at Lambeau Field and a statewide television audience.
Doors for the event will open at 5:30 p.m., with the team taking the field for warmups at 7 p.m. and practice beginning at 7:30 p.m. This year's Family Night will feature a full practice session to help the team prepare for the regular season.
The event remains family-focused and will offer a game-like atmosphere, including a thunderstick giveaway courtesy of Bellin Health, Pick 'n' Save and Metro Market, Sargento, and Walbec Group. Additional features include video board promotions by Scheels, TDS, and other partners, gameday music, and a fireworks show presented by Ticketmaster at the end of the night. New this year are more kid-favorite food items available at select concession stands.
Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, June 26, at 10 a.m. They are mobile-only and priced at $10 each, available exclusively online through Ticketmaster at Ticketmaster.com. There is a limit of ten tickets per purchase on the first day of sales. All attendees require a ticket regardless of age.
New this year is the requirement for fans to purchase a mobile parking pass in advance to park in Lambeau Field's parking lots during Family Night. These passes are available during ticket checkout on Ticketmaster and can be added to digital wallets. Only one pass per transaction may be purchased. Mobile parking passes are $5 each with net proceeds benefiting Meijer's Simply Give program which supports local food pantry partners including Paul's Pantry, The Salvation Army of Green Bay, and The Giving Tree.
A group ticket program (minimum of 50 tickets) is also available again this year. Applications can be submitted online or requested via phone call to the Packers ticket office. Group ticket orders are restricted to approved groups and organizations for group outings only; resale is prohibited.
In case of inclement weather, refunds will not be issued unless all stadium activities from 5:30 p.m. until the end of the fireworks show are canceled.
For those unable to attend in person, a statewide telecast will be available on various local stations part of the Packers TV Network including WACY-TV (Green Bay), WPXE-TV (Milwaukee), WAOW-TV (Wausau), WKOW-TV (Madison), WXOW-TV (La Crosse), WQOW-TV (Eau Claire), KQDS-TV (Duluth-Superior), ELUC-TV (Escanaba-Marquette). It will also air on KWWL-TV and WHBF-TV in Iowa; KATN-TV, KYUR-TV and KJUD-TV in Alaska; as well as KSFY-TV in Sioux Falls, SD.
The entire training camp schedule is being finalized and will be released soon.
