Former West De Pere High School player and current Grand Valley State Lakers left handed pitcher, Genesis Eggart, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the third seeded Ohio Dominican Panthers.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
