The Green Bay Packers are set to welcome several thousand shareholders to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, July 22, at 3 p.m. at Lambeau Field.
For the first time, the event coincides with the opening practice of Packers Training Camp, presented by Bellin Health. The practice, open to the public, begins at 10:30 a.m. at Ray Nitschke Field.
With both events scheduled for the same day, shareholders and fans are reminded that most Lambeau Field parking lots will open at 6 a.m., available on a first-come, first-served basis. For a parking map, attendees can visit packers.com/community/shareholders.
Shareholders parking on neighborhood streets should adhere to posted signs and regulations. Nearby residents and businesses may also offer parking.
Limited accessible parking is available in Lambeau Field lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Courtesy shuttle carts will operate from noon in main stadium lots to assist guests with mobility challenges from the parking lot to the gates. Wheelchair assistance inside the stadium is also available on a first-come, first-served basis; guests needing wheelchairs are advised to bring their own.
This year’s meeting will feature an all-day opening of the Lambeau Field Atrium due to morning practice sessions. Entry will be limited to Miller Lite Gate, American Family Insurance Gate, and Oneida Nation Gate for efficient access for shareholders. Tickets will be checked upon entry into the concourse to ensure only shareholders and their guests attend the meeting. Exit/re-entry into the concourse is permitted for ticketed guests from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
The meeting will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Attendees are advised to dress appropriately and stay hydrated; unopened water bottles are allowed inside. In case of inclement weather or thunderstorms, proceedings will move indoors with video and audio streamed across concourses and club levels.
Exclusive shareholder merchandise will be available at the Packers Pro Shop starting at 9 a.m., alongside limited Lambeau Field Stadium Tours offered by Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame beginning at 9 a.m.; tickets can be purchased online at packershofandtours.com.
1919 Kitchen & Tap opens service at 11 a.m., while Johnsonville Tailgate Village operates from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., serving food and beverages before and during practice sessions. All transactions within Lambeau Field premises remain cashless.
Shareholders are encouraged to update contact information at the Shareholder Services desk in the Atrium before or after the meeting.
An exclusive webcast of the meeting is provided for those unable to attend in person via packers.com/shareholders using credentials shared in shareholder proxy statements.
Further details about the meeting can be found at packers.com/community/shareholders.
