With the NFL preseason commencing this week, the Green Bay Packers have launched 'Packers Predict,' a free online game powered by Cenex®, available on packers.com and the Packers mobile app for the 2024 season.
'Packers Predict' is an interactive game offered in conjunction with each Packers game. It allows fans to predict various gameday outcomes through several weekly questions, such as total passing yards by the Packers against their opponent.
Each week during the regular season, the three highest-scoring players will receive weekly prizes including cash, gift cards, and autographed items. During the preseason, only the highest-scoring player will win a prize.
Players start each week with zero points but their scores are tracked on a leaderboard. The cumulative highest scorer from the regular season will win a grand prize: $2,000 cash and a VIP gameday experience for the 2025 season. Preseason game scores do not count toward grand prize standings.
Cash prizes are also awarded in three different phases: $500 to the preseason winner, $1,000 to the winner of the first nine weeks of the regular season, and another $1,000 to the winner of the last nine weeks of the regular season.
The program runs weekly during both preseason and regular season with two rounds of questions per week: one before each game and one during halftime. The pregame round opens at 9 a.m. three days before kickoff and closes five minutes before kickoff. The halftime round opens at end of second quarter and closes at start of third quarter. Predictions can be made anytime within these windows with point totals updated in real time based on incoming predictions from other fans.
The game launched today on Packers' digital platforms; this week's game is now open for play. Fans can register at packers.com/predict or via "Packers Predict" in menu on Packers mobile app.
Registration requires a cell phone to receive an SMS code for completion. Players must be 18 years or older to participate. Participation is free with terms and conditions applying. Full rules are available at packers.com/fans/packers-predict-rules.
