The Green Bay Public Works Department has announced the temporary closure of South Ashland Avenue at the railroad tracks between Seymour Court and Clinton Street for track repairs. The closure will commence on Monday, September 9, 2024, and is expected to remain in effect until early morning on Monday, September 16, 2024.

During this period, South Ashland Avenue will be closed from Seymour Court to Clinton Street. A detour will be in place via Clinton Street, South Broadway, and West Walnut Street.

Access to local businesses will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure. All road closures and work operations are weather dependent and subject to change. Motorists should anticipate delays and are encouraged to find alternate routes.
