The Green Bay Public Works Department has announced a temporary closure of Guns Road, north of Royal Crest Circle in the Village of Bellevue, and the Wal-Mart driveway. This closure is for utility work related to the JBS subdivision development and will begin on Monday, September 30, 2024. The closure is expected to last two days.
Traffic will be impacted as no thru traffic will be allowed on Guns Road from Royal Crest Circle to the Wal-Mart driveway. The closure will start at 6 a.m. on Monday.
A detour route has been established: Guns Road to Verlin Road to Main Street.
Access to residences and Wal-Mart will still be available from Manitowoc Road. Motorists should anticipate delays, exercise caution while driving through the work zone, and consider finding alternate routes.
