The Green Bay Packers are preparing for a unique event at Lambeau Field this Sunday, known as the 'Winter Warning' game. Fans and players alike will don white attire to create a blizzard-like atmosphere in the stadium. This initiative is presented by American Family Insurance.

Attendees are encouraged to wear white to enhance the visual effect, aligning with the team's new look on the field. The players will debut their much-anticipated white alternate helmets, featuring a solid white face mask and shell, adorned with the traditional dark green Packers G logo and stripes. These helmets will be paired with white away jerseys, pants, and socks.

To support fan participation, the Packers Pro Shop has introduced a new line of merchandise called the Winter Warning Collection. Available both in-store and online at packersproshop.com, this collection includes white shirts, hats, caps, outerwear, drinkware, novelty items, wall art, and replica helmets.

Fans attending the game will receive a complimentary Winter Warning white scarf from American Family Insurance upon entering Lambeau Field. More information about Winter Warning can be found at packers.com/winterwarning.

Historically, white uniforms have been part of Packers' history since 1938. They became standard away jerseys in the 1960s after several experimental uses in previous decades. White helmets were notably used during home games in 1956 against Detroit and throughout the 1958 season.
