The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Marinette Campus, has announced a public sale of surplus campus items scheduled for Thursday, November 14, 2024. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Main Building. Items available for purchase include office furniture such as chairs and desks, office supplies, science equipment, clothing, games, potting and garden supplies, among other miscellaneous items.

Following the public sale, any remaining items will be offered for donation to community non-profit organizations. These organizations can arrange to pick up donations by appointment between November 11 and December 1, 2024. After this period ends on December 1st, all unsold items will be disposed of.

University staff from all UW-Green Bay locations have spent the past six months assessing and relocating usable items across different campuses. In accordance with state statutes, these surplus items are now being made available through a public sale.

Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Theatre on the Bay Program at the Bayshore Arts Center. For more information about the sale or subsequent donation opportunities, interested parties can contact Brandon Bartz at (715) 735-4305 or via email at bartzb@uwgb.edu.

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay serves over 10,300 students annually across its four campus locations in Northeast Wisconsin and offers more than 200 academic degrees and programs.
