The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame Inc. has announced the induction of Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy at its 54th Hall of Fame Induction Banquet. The event is scheduled for August 28, 2025, at the Lambeau Field Atrium, as confirmed by Don Sipes, President of Packers Hall of Fame Inc.

Details regarding tickets for the banquet are still being finalized. The event will begin with a cash bar at 4 p.m., followed by dinner and a program starting at 5:30 p.m.

Mark Murphy is currently serving his final season as President and CEO of the Packers. During his tenure, he has overseen significant growth within the organization and achieved several milestones. Under his leadership, the team has made twelve playoff appearances, reached five NFC title games, and won Super Bowl XLV.

Murphy's leadership also extended to major developments involving Lambeau Field. The organization invested over $600 million in renovations without public tax funding. Enhancements were made to improve fan experience while maintaining top-tier facilities for players and coaches. He spearheaded Titletown's creation in 2017—a development offering year-round activities along with various amenities.

His career achievements include an eight-year playing stint with the Washington Redskins, roles with the NFL Players Association and U.S. Department of Justice, and director positions at Colgate University and Northwestern University athletics departments. Notably, Murphy is believed to be the first individual in NFL history to secure a Super Bowl win both as a player (XVII) and CEO (XLV).

Murphy will be inducted as the 171st individual into the Packers Hall of Fame shortly after retiring in July 2025 when he reaches mandatory retirement age per organizational by-laws.

The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame Inc., an independent nonprofit corporation from the team itself, aims to preserve team history through events like its annual induction banquet. Established initially in 1967 within Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena concourse before moving near Lambeau Field in 1976; it relocated again inside Lambeau’s Atrium after extensive renovations completed back in August 2015—details available online via packershalloffame.com.
