Of the 2,858 people living in Kewaunee in 2019, 51.3 percent (1,465) were women and 48.7 percent (1,393) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Green Bay Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 795-to-744. In the 65 and over age range, there were 408 females and 362 males.
