The 2022 Great Decisions lecture series, sponsored by St. Norbert College and UW-Green Bay, opens this Wednesday February 9, 2022 with a talk by former acting U.S. Secretary of State Thomas Shannon Jr. Shannon will speak about President Biden’s foreign policy agenda and the challenges his administration faces.
