An open house and dedication ceremony for Cort Condon Hall will take place on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 2 to 4 p.m. in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The event will honor Gerald C. “Cort” Condon, Jr., Chairman of University Village Housing, Inc. (UVHI), who played a significant role in the planning, design, and construction of the $38 million project.

The ceremony will feature leaders from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UW-Green Bay), representatives from the design and construction sectors, and members of the UVHI board of directors. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the building's innovative spaces designed for students. Refreshments and tours of shared lounge areas and two- and four-bedroom student apartments will be available.

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay serves 10,300 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students annually along with 85,000 continuing education learners. It offers over 200 academic degrees, programs, and certificates across its four campus locations in Northeast Wisconsin.
